Construction Foreman

A well-established specialty contractor with decades of experience in industrial construction is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on projects across the United States. This company has a strong reputation for quality, safety, and repeat client relationships. • Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience (prevailing/Davis Bacon wage rates apply on applicable projects)
• With OT and Davis Bacon rates, annual compensation often falls in the $90K – $120K range
• Full-time, direct-hire hourly position with company benefits
• Per diem: $60/day while on project, Company-paid motel accommodations (foreman receives private room)
• Company truck provided for all project travel
• Schedule: 6–7 days/week, approximately 60–70 hours/week
• Scheduled R&R breaks; long weekends available approximately once/month

Role:

• Lead and supervise a 3–6 person field construction crew on industrial erection projects
• Perform hands-on erection and installation work alongside your crew
• Operate standard erection equipment including forklifts and man lifts
• Safely perform elevated work at heights up to 150 feet
• Complete all required site documentation: daily reports, timesheets, safety records
• Enforce all site and company safety standards
• Manage crew scheduling, pacing, and on-site logistics

Preferred Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent field experience preferred
• Prior experience in industrial erection, bolted structure assembly, or specialty construction preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, man lifts, and standard hand/power tools (electric and pneumatic)
• Comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• OSHA 30, Basic Plus, or MSHA 48 certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Valid driver’s license; ability to qualify as a DOT driver
