Regional Sales Manager

New search:  Seeking experienced sales professional for a role in the industrial material handling sector, focusing on custom equipment with applications for liquid and dry bulk materials. Remote opportunity in Canada, prefer Southern Ontario or Quebec, French speaking preferred

• Anticipate $90K-$110K, based on experience, plus commission

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in western US territory.
• Manage sales cycle: Presentations, negotiations, closing.
• Collaborate with engineering for custom solutions.
• Maintain CRM; achieve quotas ($7-10M).
• Travel to clients/EPCs for relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related (preferred).
• Certifications: Sales training (e.g., consultative selling) nice-to-have.
• 5+ years industrial sales experience.
• Strong communication and rapport-building.
• CRM proficiency; travel-ready.
• Prefer candidates fluent in French
